6:15–7 p.m.Įxperienced players improve their skills and practice techniques including how to serve, spike and pass to a target. Special equipment helps make sure your student learns proper form and has fun in the process. Coaches teach how to hit and pass the ball, techniques for serving and how to keep the ball from hitting the floor.
